WHAT TO EXPECT ON LOCATION

On-location photography offers a more natural, contextual look and allows us to create images in the environment where you work, meet clients, or represent your brand.

• Every on-location session is planned in advance. Before the photography date, we review the location and, when needed, arrange a pre-session location visit to evaluate the available light, space, backgrounds, access, and the best areas for photography. This allows us to build a thoughtful shooting plan before the session begins.
• Outdoor sessions also require planning around weather, time of day, and the most suitable natural light. Indoor business locations may require additional consideration for available space, existing lighting, and the flow of the working environment.
• For professional portraits and consistent image quality, we bring the lighting and photography equipment needed for the location and the planned photographs.
• The additional location planning, travel, equipment, setup, and preparation are part of the on-location experience and are reflected in the session pricing.
